Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates and the Year of Massage are available from 11/19/15 through 12/24/15 only. Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates are valid only for incall Massage Therapy services from 12/28/15 until 10/1/16 except the Year of Massage Therapy gifts (see below). Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates are valid only at Massage By Ben, San Antonio, Texas. An appointment during normal business hours is required to redeem the Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificate and there is no guarantee that a particular appointment is available until it has been made by telephone and confirmed by Massage By Ben. Failure to provide four (4) hours prior notice of a missed appointment may invalidate the Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificate. Once expired Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates have absolutely no value. Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates have no cash value, there are no refunds. Unused time on Christmas Massage Gift Certificates is forfeited. Recipients of Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates may upgrade the amount of time or type of massage therapy session by paying an additional amount. Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates are valid for the following types/techniques of massage therapy offered by Massage By Ben: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports massage, Medical massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Pregnancy massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Ortho-Bionomy, Reflexology, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique. Recipients of Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates except the Year of Massage Therapy may transfer the gift to another person by giving them the original certificate. Lost, unexpired, unredeemed Christmas Massage Special Gift Certificates may be replaced for a small fee. All Gift Certificates are delivered via email or USPS unless other arrangements are made.

Additional Terms and Conditions for "Year of Massage Therapy"

Recipients of the Year of Massage Therapy will receive a one-half hour or one hour incall massage therapy session (depending on package purchased), at Massage By Ben in San Antonio, Texas each calendar month from January 2016 through December 2016. The recipient of the Year of Massage Therapy must make an appointment during normal business hours for their monthly massage therapy session. Failure to provide four (4) hours prior notice of a missed appointment may invalidate the massage therapy session for the month the appointment was made. Monthly massage therapy sessions do not accumulate or carry-over, monthly massage therapy sessions not used are forfeited without refund. The recipient will receive one certificate reflecting the Year of Massage Therapy gift. The Year of Massage Therapy Gift Certificate has no cash value and will not be refunded once purchased. The Year of Massage Therapy may be used only by the gift recipient, the massage sessions may not be transferred to any other person unless requested in writing by the recipient or original purchaser with concurrence of the original recipient.
