Gift Certificate Information:

Gift certificate(s) will be emailed to the purchaser or sent via USPS unless other arrangements are made. The best way to make these arrangements is to email the information to Massage By Ben. This is most important if you have multiple recipients. Gift certificates may also be held "will-call" in my office upon request, allowing the purchaser or recipient to pick it up.

Gift Certificates expire six (6) months from date of purchase.

Gift Certificates are valid at Massage By Ben only. Gift certificates are not valid for services at any other establishment.

Gift Certificates are sold in increments of 30 minutes, One Hour, or 1 1/2 Hours. The whole time increment on each gift certificate must be used during one session - they may not be divided into multiple sessions. Time not used by the bearer of the gift certificate is lost.

Gift Certificates do not have a cash redemption value. They are valid only for San Antonio massage therapy services. San Antonio Massage therapy sessions may include any offered massage therapy modality including Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Sports massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage, Myofascial Release, or Ortho-Bionomy.

The recipient/bearer of the gift certificate is required to make an appointment during regular business hours. The appointment and the massage session must be on a date prior to expiration of the gift certificate. It is recommended that appointments be scheduled well in advance to ensure availability (Blackout Dates apply). Walk-ins are not permitted.
